Bent rim

The hat arrived with a bent front and back rim. It has a ripple that I cannot get out. Not happy.

I didn’t realize there was a tight hatband inside

I buy the drover hats because I’ve got a big head and I need all the space they can provide. I was disappointed when the had arrived and it had a tight elastic band inside. I’m now gonna have to figure out some way to get rid of the elastic band to be able to make the hat useful for me. In the future, it would be helpful to know if there’s an elastic band inside the hat as the other hat I bought from you don’t have that band. Thanks.
