what a disppointment!!!!!
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the new hat design and material. As a long-time Kooringal hat wearer for eight years and the proud owner of four Ruben hats, I was particularly fond of the original design and the quality of the material. However, the new hat material appears to be very cheap and not made of cloth. Additionally, the design does not match what is advertised on your website. I kindly request that you revert to the original hat material. Unfortunately, I am unable to continue purchasing hats from your company due to these concerns.
