When initially delivered my throttle pedal was not showing any output which was obvious extremely disappointing. I contacted the support team on Facebook as I had sent P1Sim and email telling them about the problems I was having.
Jeremy from P1SIM went above and beyond to help me. To the point he made the effort to work around my working hours which meant he would be working after usual business hours. He helped me via discord and used anydesk to take over my pc to fault find and offered plenty of support to eliminate any potential issues.
Thankfully Jeremy was able to resolve the issue which was a software problem I believe. Jeremy is a credit to this company and really did go far beyond what I had expected from him.
Now my throttle pedal works!! Hoping it remains that in the future but only time will tell for that I guess.
The build quality is top notch with my only complaint is the USB C cable is very easy to pull out accidentally when adjusting the pedals.
