Shipping was quick, and the packages are easy to transport and store due to their size. The powder comes out easily and mixes well. Thats the end of the pros, for me. Ive tried four of the flavors ive ordered (mocha, chocolate cherry, sugar cookie, and coconut). They all have a bitter aftertaste and all gave me heartburn, even though no other iced coffee does. Wasnt impressed, and with it only having 10g of protein, you get a better flavor and better value by making an iced coffee using coffee and a protien shake.

Not ablot of flavor in these mixes. Coffee flavor is lacking. I several different flavors and they all tasted the same. I would not recommend.
