I was charged $59.95 TWICE for the VIP that i didnt order or ask for. The shoes took a month to arrive. After the third email asking why thay hadn’t arried they stated that sometimes they arrive later than expected. 3-5 business days turned into a month. The last email said they were on back order. Yet wasnt notified earlier in the process. Then this morning i was charged again for the VIP! SMH, its very disappointing. Not happy with this company at all. Its a shame that isnt a Zero star option. The shoes themselves are comfortable and very light but nothing special.

I will never purchase from this company again. After paying for the tennis shoes i kept getting charged $9.95 several times in one month. Save yourself a headache bank was surprised about charges.

The MLO VIP program raises serious concerns regarding transparency and consumer clarity. Customers appear to be enrolled in a $60 recurring subscription that provides minimal tangible benefit beyond access to “member pricing,” which does not offset the additional monthly cost. When combined with standard purchase prices—such as a $40 pair of shoes—the overall pricing structure becomes difficult to justify and may be perceived as misleading. This model is particularly questionable given that footwear is not typically a recurring monthly expense for most consumers. Greater upfront disclosure and clearer opt-in practices would significantly improve the customer experience and help restore confidence in the brand. For now I can’t recommend MLO
