It tasted poorly. Cery flakey abd would not stay together ehen i tried to eat a slice.
I have one loaf left. I gave one away and the other two are just open but sitting in my fridge. So basically it was a total loss.
There’s no way this is called sourdough. I am a sourdough fanatic and this was not sourdough.

Disappointed. Even toasted as recommended, this didn't have the sourdough "crunch" I was hoping for, nor did it taste like sourdough.
