Loved it

My late grandmother was Welsh. She came out to Australia with her parents and brother when she was 9. She was extremely tough, extremely smart and good at everything. This hat connects me to her because she loved saying ‘ah no!’. Nanna do you like chocolate ice-cream? Wanna see me do a handstand? Wanna play dolls? ‘AH NO!’ She bought me a house though.
