Back Wellness Kit

I ordered the back wellness pack, but the pack itself is not for the back. It looks like its the shoulder pack. Very disappointing. I wanted the back pack for my husbands back. Seems like decent quality though.

I was not presented with a perfect wrap around item for use, yet I will need more time to see the results others a raving about this concept use.

Pack doesn't look like picture. Has a dimple in the middle. Looks to go to knee not back. No oil came with it. On paper came with it like others.
