I received my Sno-Go and the front ski is damaged and I am unable to get in touch with company.

Would love for the company to return my emails to get the damaged product rectified So fare 3emails and no reply! Not very good customer service Phone number on web site is not active and cannot receive calls What is going on with customer service and this company?

I absolutely love this and it has renewed/reinvigorated my love for getting up on the mountain. I've been skiing for a little over 50 years and after a few knee injuries/surgeries, I've just been a blue groomer skier while my son goes off and skis the rest of the mountain, and we meet up later. I rented a few of these this year and got the hang of it after two bunny Hill runs and was often running! For the first time in a long time I am now following my son down the black diamonds again and doing moguls better than I ever did when I was on skis in my 20s! So much fun! When I saw these go on sale I had to get it! I only got out once on this new Sno-Go before resorts closed, but it was even better than the ones I rented! I get the feeling they never waxed or sharpen the edges. I would totally recommend this for anyone that loves skiing and/or mountain biking because it feels like you're doing both at the same time and without any worries of your boot being locked into a binding.

I LOVE IT!!!. . . . but. .

I love my SnoGo. Absolutely love it. Ive never had soo much fun on the mountain! But i have to admit that for the price i wish a couple items were a bit more quality. 1: The handlebar grips. The grip caps literally fell apart on me as I was attaching them to the handlebar. They were soo brittle that they cracked into pieces when putting them in. So i got some more high quality ones from my bike shop. 2. The locking caribiner was flimsy and sometimes locked and sometimes didnt. I went and spent 4 dollars on a more quality one of the same size online and it worked fantastic. Other than that, i love my purchase!
