Changes

I’ve used the R2 consistently for about 2 weeks now and I can already see changes in my jaw and my sleeping is better as well. So I will continue to use it to see where it takes me.

I'm only 2 months in, but so far so good. The first few nights it was really awkward because my mouth kept filling with saliva thinking I had food in my mouth 😅 but then over time that has settled and I'm beginning to be able to wear it most of the way through the night. Way less jaw tension (i grind my teeth in my sleep and jaw clench) which I think is getting less and less as I begin to wear the mouthguard for longer. I've since ordered my husband a mouthguard to try as he's a mouth breather. Keen to see our results over the next 12 months!

The mouthgard is very comfortable

Don't no which results will come but the mouthgard is very comfortable, even when sleeping. Support from Revive is great. So far so very good!
