Fit would be true to size we’ve ordered multiple sizes several times. Nobody in our squad had to change sizing. Quality of the shirts are excellent buttons snap is crisp and hold up over time. Collars are sharp really good look and length! Probably one of the best shirts you can get with a price that won’t break the bank
