Athena X™ Starter Set

Everything you need to get started, immediately

The Athena X is entirely assembled right out of the box. The Xtreme requires some minor assembly. Everything you need to launch is included but you'll want to bring some bigger motors (like B and C) and extra wadding to keep launching. The launch pad is small, but it's sufficient for these small rockets. The rockets are very light, so they fly high into the sky on Estes stock engines. I would caution you against using Quest 18mm motors here because the airframes are very fragile.

Bought for my 13 year old and he had a ton of fun. He and I worked together to build the Xtreme rocket but he probably could have done it without me. We bought some extra C6-5 engines and they went much higher and added a lot to the experience.
