Inconsistent heat level

I have purchased the Raspberry Chipotle sauce at several occasions. Unfortunately, the flavor is not consistent. The heat level of the sauce isn't consistent. The first couple of orders it was milder and then I got a batch that had much more heat and my family would not eat it. I reached out to customer service and they tell me it has never changed. My family begs to differ, our taste buds can definitely tell a difference. I'll buy again when quality control is addressed.
