First thing these take FOREVER to get delivered cause they are from china…. Lets get into it. The product is terrible. Only positive thing is they are light but once u take a closet look u see why its so light. Its simple. Cheap made, cheap paper thin insoles slide out almost immediately, shoes have zero support. After tying them tightly my heel still came out of my shoe as i was walking down steps and caused me me to trip and fracture my toe. Very unhappy with wasting my money. And unfotunately because ive worn them outside once im unable yo return get my money back. Never again will i buy from this brandz

Only thing I didn't like was the automatic subscription when you purchase.
