Size 10-12 so got a medium and fit well probably would have got a small if in the more size 10 range Seamless actives are great for sports but definitely prefer the 2.0 for day to day wear

In the past I have tried using period underwear. It never covered where I needed it to (too low at the front, which is where most of my leakage forms) so I only ever wore them on the end days. This is the first time I felt confident enough to wear them throughout my entire cycle. So I got more. Yes, you feel how thick they are, but that just made me trust them. They were still comfortable. And if you're like me and don't like touching anything, rinsing them is still easy enough to do before washing them. I just held them at the waistband and maneuvered it under the tap until it flowed clear. And depending on how much you bleed into them before changing them, doesn't really take long.
