Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a suit from their website, one that I originally own, and bought from a boutique in Miami. It took close to three weeks to arrive. The one they sent me has a horrible fit, loose seams on the bottoms, a completely different fit from the one I purchased at the boutique. Their return policy is extremely unprofessional. You have to pay for returns out of pocket, including import, tax and duty fees. if you want to return an item that’s defective, you will have no choice but to keep it unless you’re ok with receiving half of your money back. I will never purchase from this company again.
