This was my second Academy and it did not disappoint, instruction was amazing, the prepared entrees we produced was even more amazing, the comradery/friendship and the fact that me and son closed the place down Thursday/Friday with chefs and staff was special.

I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of the Academy. Meat choice, trim, injection seasoning and presentation. What was equally is swapping ideas and experience with fellow attendees. I really hope you have an advanced class. Thanks for the opportunity, you truly have a family appeal with Recteq.
