Kelly from Brands That Bloom really helps me overcome hurdles and move my online business forward as well as influence the in-person presence of my business. I started my small business one year ago after retiring from an entirely different career. Initially I tried to maneuver Shopify and Etsy myself. I quickly realized I needed professional, affordable, support. Kelly has done and continues to do so much for my small business. In this first year she has assisted with so many important details, from helping me select the right Shopify theme, to building my Shopify and Etsy sites, designing table covers and signage for my physical market shop, performing monthly maintenance items for my sites, creating videos to teach me how to navigate Shopify, Etsy and social media, the list goes on and on. I am learning from her constantly. Whenever I have a question, she's quick to respond and gives me helpful information and advice. Kelly also doesn't push services, in fact, in my case she offered services that she knew I would need and then I had to go back and ask for the services after I realized what she was offering and that I actually did need them. Kelly is wonderful to work with and learn from. As an individual starting her own small business, I constantly feel like I don't know what I'm doing, but because Kelly is knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive, I have someone to help me when I'm unsure. She is such a great asset!
