I wasn't sure at first before ordering it, if the product would actually work, but after receiving it and trying it out, within seconds I can definitely tell it's really good. I can feel my back being kept straight. The product also gives you freedom of movement, so you can bend down and do activities easily. Getting used to wearing it won't be a problem. It's definitely worth it!
