Good material quality but color if off and chaise measurements inaccurate

I received my order with a hole in the box and one of the bag. Luckily the cover was not damaged. The color is not what I expected at all. Earl grey for me is light grey but the color is more off white than grey. The color being so pale, we can see the color of my couch through it. Also the chaise does not fit even though my measurements were per a medium size. However, I appreciate the quality of the material but with the pale color I need to wash it more often. I am not sure I would reorder to get the right color and chaise size.

I had the thinner version that were starting to thin after a few years. So I bought these Miracle version and love them. Very thick and durable.

A perfect match in color. I wish the back covers fit better. My back cushions are attached to the sofaz
