I had been searching for a rack system for my 2025 Tacoma that would allow me to haul mountain bikes without using the trailer hitch. During my research, I came across Big Days and learned they were based in Orem, Utah. As luck would have it, I was traveling from Michigan's Upper Peninsula to the Orem area, so I decided to stop by. While I was there, Jackson came out and personally showed me the system. He answered my questions and explained how it would work with a tonneau cover on my Tacoma. After returning home, I found a T-slot tonneau cover that I liked and sent the specifications to Jackson for review. He quickly confirmed that the Big Days system would be compatible and was extremely helpful throughout the ordering process. When the rack arrived, the installation was straightforward. The instructional video was easy to follow, and I had everything mounted without any issues. I immediately appreciated both the appearance and functionality of the system. I purchased the setup to carry four mountain bikes, but it looks like it could easily accommodate five. The stability while traveling is excellent, and I have complete confidence in the security of the bikes during transport. Finally found a system that allows me to take my dirtbikes and mountain bikes and have the tailgate up. I was blown away with the customer service that this company has. Answered my texts, calls and even checked in to make sure I got the rack and how instal went! This thing is rock solid and works as advertised. If you are wanting a system to haul your bikes, keep then secure and looks good while doing it, don’t hesitate to pick one of these up!!

Best purchase ever definitely recommend buying the ramp. I skipped out and it is a ginormous pain not having it.
