Updated review: After a couple of issues with my first order (quality and then returns admin), I’m now convinced that Imber really does care about their product and customer support (which is excellent). The Imber Founder contacted me about the challenges I’d experienced and, although I was already satisfied with the resolution (refund and reimbursement of shipping charge), she has engaged in a thoughtful and considered way that means Imber may yet retain me as a happy customer. I’m impressed by this active commitment to the brand and customer experience.

All the earrings were gorgeous, only thing is that the conch hoop was too small for my ear. I had to take it out cause it hurt so much
