I’ve bought Buff Carbs at least half a dozen times now. It’s made a world of a difference in my energy levels while lifting. I even brought it with me to my last powerlifting meet since I typically get too nervous to eat enough throughout the meet.

LOVE!! Mixes clean in water! As a perimenopausal gym girly, I need the extra carbs during my gym sessions. Also, makes it easy to add some extra calories for these heavy glute days.

the thought of intra carbs never really interested me at first, I saw Kenzie & Cae post that they use them pre workout and decided to try them.
