The item is great! Its the customer service that lacks. Ive tried at least 4 times through email and Instagram messaging to get some assistance but correcting an order, but no response. There was an attempt on IG but for some reason the message was deleted. I totally understand enjoying what you do and being proud of a product. Just be responsible and listen to your customers. If you want this product, make sure you order it right the first time. Otherwise, youll end up spending extra for somethings you may not need ***follow up my review - JUG-IT responded and explained what happened. THANK YOU AGAIN! communication is everything with customer service👍🏽

Great handle

Item wont fit on my bottle. Tried emailing for a resolution more than once but no reply from anyone. Looks like a great product but useless to me. Poor customer service.
