My friend found it an interesting and absorbing read
I bought this as a birthday present for a friend who has walked to all the accessible Ethel's and who would be interested in Ethel's life story . I ordered the book in good time to have it delivered. Whilst it was apparently despatched by post, it hadn't been received in time to give him on his birthday. I contacted Adventure Books who kindly sent me another copy. I have now given it to my friend, who seems to be delighted with it. He tells me he has found it an interesting and absorbing read about Ethel, who was a little known pioneering countryside revolutionary from Sheffield. He has also enjoyed reading the poem 'The Pride of the Peak', written by her which is reproduced in the book.
