Dough Dissolve

Gets the toughest discard out

I had a bottle of starter with a thin layer of discard all over the inside. I let it dry for more than a week thinking it would be easy to get out. Not really. But then I got Dough Dissolve, put some in but swirled it around before the 10 minutes was up to make sure I got the whole inside of the jar. I let it sit for 10 minutes and wow! All but just a little bit came out of the jar like water. Because of the fact that it was dry and caked on, I had to put a little bit more in and do a second run. So because I did it with the toughest first, I can only imagine what it will be like when I use it without caked on discard.

A Must Have For Clean Up

This product literally is a sourdough bakers life saver. I use to hate cleaning up stuck on sourdough on jars/ bowls. Now it’s easy breezy 😊thank you Dough Dissolve 🤍🍞
