Great Product and Great Service

I contacted your customer service team because our last order was delivered during a rain storm - somewhere between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM . The delivery people left the package on our porch in the rain and a number of our detergent sheets were ruined. Your customer service team got back to us quickly and sent us a replacement package very quickly. GREAT service. Thank you. We love your product and your friendly, prompt service has us hooked.

I do like the convenience of your laundry soap but my only thing I can as a complaint is have to use three sheets (one full sheet and a half of another sheet) just to do a medium load not even very big load (maybe medium)and I don't really smell anything and I have a good sense of smell so I'm just wondering if there is enough fragrance in your laundry sheets. I guess it's just my preference to have a little bit of smell because I do not smell anything.
