I love shakey head so much that I have it tied on year-round. I have used a few different brands. One I’ve used pretty much exclusively just got replaced with these. The other brand states it will go through different cover. For the most part it does, but what I’ve noticed is (just like every other shakey head) it will fall on its side and once it does, there goes the likelihood of it getting snagged. Also, the hook is standing almost too tall that when it gets caught up on grass, it’s done for- just throw another shakey head there as offering. These shakey heads actually sit lower and barely falls on its side. The head is built for off roading. I’ve fished these at Clearlake, The Delta, & Don Pedro. They did exceptionally well. I think I’ve found my go-to shakey head tbh.

These are the best shakey heads out there. Perfect hook, the jig head stands up your bait and it comes through rock, wood and most grass really well. Can't get enough of these.

I used them for first time with a high buoyancy Deception worm out on a gradual dropping flat and must have caught a dozen or more largemouth bass from 2 to 4 pounds. I'm comfortable with the EWG rigging and will be buying more of these.
