This assessment was absolutely worth every penny! Crafty and Co took the time to go through each aspect of my shop, from a business and a customer perspective. As they went through these sections, they provided tons of constructive criticism. Each section was broken down into easy to understand and easy to implement instructions. Not only did they provide the information to implement, but WHY this information was important to implement, from a business and customer perspective. Full 12 pages of detailed analysis of my Etsy store - every section explained in clear concise language and tips on how to improve not only the listings but also how to showcase the whole shop. Crafty highlights the positive and suggests improvements on problem areas. Currently I am working on implementing Crafty's suggestions - I have a lot more work to do. I am truly blown away by the assessment I received from Crafty!
