Thompson paddles are perfect! Best paddles ever (the third one I’ve purchasd). I literally cannot play with anything else. BUT, they have the terrible customer service. I have never ordered a paddle without a significant delay (like multiple weeks), zero updates about your order (unless you pester them), and after corresponding with more than one of their employees, it’s outrageous that they view communication and responsiveness to customers as optional. I am so impressed that they have the ability and confidence in their product (which is totally deserved, imo) to not worry about customer service. I LOVE Thompson Pickleball, but they don’t make it easy.

New Paddle

Love the feel when the ball hits the paddle. Controlled power and a nice soft touch.

Did the 7-day test run and immediately knew that this would be "my paddle." Came back around to purchase that same week! Love the amount of spin this delivers with enough control and power to allow me to hold my own on the big kids court. Great all around paddle from beginner to pro. I've let a few people try it out and the only complaint that they had was that it was noticeably heavier than their paddle. Added a hesacore grip, but no additional weights. This paddle has my trust, and gives me confidence that I know exactly what is going to happen when I hit the ball. Thank you, Thompson!
