I was disappointed in my order experience this time. I ordered two items that were both in-stock at the time of purchase in April. In my confirmation email one of the images was wrong so I emailed to check that the order was correct, no response. I got an email that a shipping label was created, then a few days later noticed in the Shop app the shipment was cancelled. I didnt receive any communication from Awe on what was going on with the order. I reached out again and asked for an update. At this point, I hadnt received any responses.
I finally was able to get a response by commenting on an instagram post after DM’ing them (comments that were immediately hidden or deleted). A few hours later I received a response to my DM and Emails telling one of my items was backordered until June.
I received both items and the packaging experience from Awe has declined. They were delivered in a pouch in a bubble mailer. No more branded boxes or cleaning cloths.

Order Arrived !
I notice that so many sites are including order protection as part of the check out experience. In many instances it feels like just an extra hit to the wallet. I have had three orders with Awe. All arrived promptly in excellent condition with frequent updates. Good experience.

I've never really had much experience with order protection. Everything I've gotten using it has arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
