I look forward to using the vibration plate daily to unwind at end of day. Got the family using it too. Doesn't take up a lot of space, is easy to carry and move, works as advertised, shipped super fast and the price point was in our budget.

I got this as a gift for our family for Christmas and everyone loves it! My husband has had chronic clogged sinuses and could actually breathe after going on it. I also feel like it is really helpful for lymph movement. So far so good!
