Great customer service. Device works as described. Very clear dictation. Had it up and running for a day and it improved my productivity and the AI will write notes in soap format - i am a director of nursing and have a million interactions a day with vendors, patients and staff and this will be a great tool to get it all documented and fulfill the needed follow up. Will update again with further use but first impression is great.

It was a gift for my wife and she LOVES it! She's used it with phone calls and video meetings and the fact that it does as advertised, with the organization and to-do lists, she couldn't be more happy! I'll be getting myself one in the near future.

I can not praise it sufficiently to express my satisfaction with this smart device. Great as an aid for the hard of hearing, those with normal senior sensory lapses and perfect for guiding daily productivity! 10 Stars!!
