VertiClear Pro

So far i am still deciding if i want to keep this product. The directions indicate use at 4 times a day; the product only runs for 15 min and automatically turns off. This is fine but when i started the next day, the battery was already dead and needed to be recharged. I thought for sure it would at best last a few days before recharging. I also have to turn off the heat because it is too hot (you cant regulate different heat levels). Most importantly, I am a small frame person and it really doesnt fit my neck very well, if you dont have good contact, you can be shocked which I have

Very frustrated and disappointed how to handle thus product. Too many ifs that fail me totally.
