Beautiful shoe. I'm in between sizes for this particular shoe. Had to return the 39 and the 40 is a bit big.
Hoping some heel grips will do the trick.

Absolutely beautiful shoe but the size was far too small. Have to return sadly. I'm always a 6/39 in every shoe I've bought, but these were far too tight and cramped for me. I would love to chance a 40 but afraid it would be too big. If a 39.5 becomes available, I would definitely try ordering those in the hope they'd be my Cinderella size.
