I wish I would have been able to try this coat on a new set of skis, yet customer service fixed things. I was super worried about returns due to a stocking mix-up, but they called and emailed me within a day and created several pathways forward. While a return was in process, I felt 100% confident ordering from them again in the future and would totally recommend this shop.
