Hydrogen Water Tablets

Can not dissolve in water, take hour and still not done? Why will they not do as instruction. Not sure what to do can you swallow or what or up temperature. Please we need assistance but person, purchased for has not gained any help from? Product not up to standard. Regards J.Smith
