The travel scale came with us to our overseas trip. I bought souvenirs for my family of 5 that included sweatshirts, Shirts, plates, etc. So, I had to buy 2 new carry-on suitcases and used this scale to ensure I had no embarrassing suitcase shuffling at the check in counter.
