Quality product as always except the tape measure I purchased which was damaged on delivery and nothing has been done to rectify this issue. I like the velocity products and have purchased over a £1000 worth of products from them but I believe they should have better service after delivery and maybe even some perks for customers that spend as much as I have, I know a few brands that actually reward loyal customers
