I got these molds to make my breakfast ham, egg, & cheese English muffins I like the molds. When I added the egg to the mold some of the yoke ran out under the mold. So when the outside yoke was a little done, I cut the yoke and added it back into the mold. Worked great. I'm glad I bought 2 extra molds. Cleaning was also pretty easy. Just make sure you clean the base of the handle.
