Excellent Value and Outstanding Customer Service

The Vodka Cranberry frames look exactly as pictured and have a really unique, stylish design. They're lightweight, comfortable to wear, and the lenses have been great for everyday use. After about a month of normal use, a decorative metal component became loose. After contacting customer support and providing a photo and video of the issue, they were very understanding and offered to replace the glasses, even though I was outside their standard warranty period. I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to order from Eydio again.
