I was offered an alternative as there was a delay in sourcing this size light, the difference in price was covered by Growell which was a nice surprise and the order was sent next day delivery. Amy kept me informed throughout and the customer service was great. The lights are very bright, lightweight and easy to install in my bioactive enclosures. I highly recommend Growell :)

Great customer service, there was a delay with the 2nd part to this order but I was offered an alternative that was more expensive but I was not charged the difference and the order was sent right away. I was kept informed by Amy throughout the process and felt valued as a customer. The products themselves are great, very bright, lightweight and easy to install and connect.
