Titanium Ultimate Pot & Pan Set

The pots and pans with lids came to me really packaged very well. They are very well made and I’m sure I’ll get years of enjoyment using them. The Japanese Chef knife is exceptionally sharp and very well made.Very satisfied with my purchase.

I was a little concerned about the purchase being delivered two items at a time, but an email to "hello Taiko" sorted that issue, staff promptly sent links on consignments, where and when items were, appreciated that, Finally received all pots and pans and they are beautiful !! See attached photo. Used two items already and they cook beautifully!!

One of the frypans lid was shattered when we opened the box up. Also, one of the felt or leather pieces that goes between the glass and the handle is missing. How do I get these replaced?
