Shortly after making an order online for DJI Matrice 4E, D-RTK3 and some extra batteries and accessories. I received a friendly phone call from DrDrone. Unfortunately some of the items I ordered where not available on stock. I had paid extra for the fast shipping and I explained it to the caller. DrDrone was kind and sent the first patch swiftly followed by a second shipment. Unfortunately, I could not get some accessories in time as I had a scheduled travel and will be away for an extended period. The service and the communication was excellent. I do recommend DrDrone.
