Animal-Free Egg White Protein Powder

The coolest product. Still trying to figure out the best way to use it... So far I've used it in frosting and as an egg white omelette

Amazing product. I got it yesterday and have already cooked an "egg" in my ramen and made a foamy latte like a fancy person. I've been vegan for almost 30 years and this is my first time cooking with egg. Can't wait to try all sorts of recipes!
