Stellar customer service

Made an order of this and matryxl for use in a serum and had issues reconstituting, the product clumped up in small clumps. Contacted their customer service and they were so responsive and sent out a new batch as well as instructions on reconstitution. Probably some of the best customer service I've seen for a company. 10 stars. As for the product itself, love the syn-coll and the matryxl with ghkcu to make my own serum.....have seen great results with the mixture (even the clumpy one). Love the idea of mixing what I want into my personalized serum.
