My absolute favorite kraut out of the 7 ferments I've tried. Packed full of flavor, a little heat & goes great on everything. I have literally eaten it straight out of the jar.

Delicious!
My husband absolutely loves this on his tacos. I however love adding this crunchy goodness to my chicken salad and fresh grown salad sprouts. It’s a hit.
