Size is too large. I am typically a size 11US. My first purchase was a 10.5US. That is what's suggested and what I usually order as well for dress shoes. The 10.5 fit too large. I've replaced the 10.5 for a 10; and still, I think it's too large. My foot happens to slip out of the shoe when walking. I've tried adding heel pads to keep my foot in place. Still, it didn't help. I think the suggestion should be to purchase 1.5US sizes smaller than usual.

Worst service I have ever experienced

overall, comfort wise is exellent! I just wish we have smaller sizes available because i went down half a size as suggested and still experience heel slip.
