Clear Protein

I have tried all sorts of protein powders and have had to give them away because they make me feel so nauseous after I drink them. Being able to drink the clear protein mixed with just water and still have it taste great makes it possible for me to consistently get my extra protein in with no side effects at all! The Blue Razz is good and I got the matching creatine with it so it will mix well together. I use a frother to mix it because shaking hasn't gotten all of the clumps very well and it does froth up a lot which means you have to wait for it to subside to keep adding water but otherwise I'm happy with it. The last creatine I got from Buff Chicks was strawberry kiwi which I loved, I wish you still had that flavor for the protein and creatine ❤️

As someone who’s struggled with GI issues my entire life and stayed far away of drinking protein powder, this is a game changer. I’m obsessed!

I got the rainbow sherbet flavor. It tastes pretty good. I’ve had clear proteins in the past where you can taste the whey protein. This one, not so much. It tastes delicious with crushed cubes. It’s almost like a raspado (shaved ice cream). I will say the only downfall to this protein is the clumps. No matter how much you shake it you can’t get rid of them unless you have a shaker cup with a filter in it. I would recommend someone to try this if they’re tired of a milky protein powder.
