I am strictly a Zhi Tea girl. Jana has taught me so much about tea. Now I’m experimenting with both green tea, herbal tea and a little black tea. Right now I rotate between Vanilla Honeybush (incredible aroma), Genmaicha (nutty, delicious), Raspberry Pecan Rooibos (tasty and flavorful), Coconut Assam (it sends me!) and Kukicha (earthy). I am so thankful that I found Zhi Tea. The store has a very relaxing, friendly environment where you leave your troubles behind.

Japan Sencha is a solid choice for a good balanced sencha, a bittersweet robust tea with umami. I prefer flavorful, rather than mild senchas and this tea fits my desires. The second steep (of the same leaves) is good, but not as good as the first steep. I will purchase this again.
